January 25–31, 2025 | Celebrity Eclipse | Hosted by My Cruise Booker

How do I book this cruise?
Fill out the interest form on this page. Ben from My Cruise Booker will give you a call to collect traveler info, confirm your cabin, and answer any questions.

Is a deposit required? Is it refundable?
Yes, a $500 deposit is required and fully refundable until October 26, 2025.

Can I choose my stateroom location?
Yes, you’ll have the option to select your cabin location based on availability.

Can I make dining requests?
Yes, please indicate on your booking packet who you would like to dine with, and we will do our best to accommodate those requests. Keep in mind that all dining requests are made on a request basis only and are subject to final confirmation by Celebrity Cruise Line. All parties of the UWW group will dine nearby and at the same seating time, unless otherwise specified.

Do I need to know anyone going on the cruise?
Not at all! One of the best parts of cruising with a group is meeting new people and making new friends onboard.

Can I bring friends and family?
Yes! Friends, family, and anyone looking for a fun group getaway are welcome.

Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely. Let us know if you’d like pricing for 3 or 4 guests in one cabin.

What is included when I book through My Cruise Booker?
All group staterooms come with the Classic Drink Package and Wi-Fi. You’ll also get access to group perks like a cocktail reception, group shore excursion, and more.

Can I book elsewhere and still be part of the group?
Only bookings made through My Cruise Booker are eligible for group perks. If you already booked with Celebrity, we can transfer it to our group—but only within 20 days of original booking. We can’t support third-party bookings (Costco, Expedia, etc.).

What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a Celebrity Cruises reservation number. From there, you can log in to the Celebrity app, book excursions, make dining reservations, and complete online check-in.

When can I check in?
Online check-in opens 45 days before the cruise. At that time, you’ll be assigned an embarkation time.

What are automatic gratuities?
Celebrity automatically adds a daily gratuity to your onboard account—around $18 to $19 per person per day. This covers tips for your stateroom attendant, dining team, and crew members who support your experience throughout the cruise. You can either pre-pay or pay these on-board.

What is a single supplement?
Cruise pricing is based on two guests per cabin. If you’re traveling solo, there’s a single supplement charge, which typically means paying close to the full double occupancy rate.

Do I need a shore excursion in each port?
Not at all. You can explore ports on your own or join a tour. We’ll also be organizing a group excursion in George Town, Grand Cayman Islands!

What should I expect in port?
Once docked, you’re free to explore on your own or through a booked excursion. Many ports offer beaches, shopping, and food options right off the ship. Just be sure to return before the designated “all aboard” time.

Will there be group events onboard?
Yes! We’ll host a welcome party early in the cruise and plan optional group outings throughout the week.

Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA). Try to arrive a day early for a smooth embarkation.

Will there be a hotel block?
Yes, we’ll secure a hotel block with discounted rates. Info will be sent closer to the sail date.

What’s the deadline to book?
We recommend booking by September 30, 2025, to ensure availability and best pricing.

What documents do I need to board the cruise?
