MY CRUISE BOOKER LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and My Cruise Booker LLC, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns (“My Cruise Booker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the My Cruise Booker website (“Site”), services, professional consulting, and any related media, and partner platforms.
By accessing the Site or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS THE SITE OR USE OUR SERVICES.
- MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- AGE AND LEGAL CAPACITY: You represent that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for our services.
- USER REPRESENTATIONS: By using the Site or our services, you agree that:

- You will not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

- ROLE AS INTERMEDIARY: My Cruise Booker LLC operates solely as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, etc.). We do not own or operate any travel service and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or errors of any supplier. You acknowledge that suppliers are independent entities.
- PAYMENTS: My Cruise Booker LLC does not process or collect payments directly. All payments are processed through the cruise line or respective travel supplier. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your deposit and final payments are submitted to the supplier on time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and penalties.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining proper travel documentation. This includes passports, visas, proof of citizenship, and any vaccination or health documents required. Names on travel documents must match the identification used. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding.
- COVID-19 & OTHER RISKS: Travel involves inherent risks, including illness or changes to health requirements. My Cruise Booker LLC is not responsible for additional costs or disruptions caused by pandemics or changing entry requirements. We strongly encourage clients to monitor travel advisories at travel.state.gov and CDC.gov.
- INSECTICIDE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT: Certain destinations or airlines may require aircraft disinsection (spraying of insecticide) either prior to departure or while onboard. This is mandated by some foreign governments as a health and safety protocol. In accordance with U.S. Federal law, we are required to inform you that the U.S. Department of Transportation maintains a list of countries and airlines that require or allow this practice. - CRUISE LINE TERMS: Each cruise line/ travel vendor maintains its own contract and travel conditions, including cancellation policies, upgrade eligibility, dining preferences, cabin changes, and refund protocols. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before placing payment. These contracts are available on each cruise line’s official website.
- INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover potential risks including medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost baggage. If you decline travel insurance, you assume all risks associated with travel without coverage.
- AIRFARE & TRANSPORT: If you book airfare through a cruise line or third party, My Cruise Booker LLC assumes no responsibility for delays, cancellations, misconnects, or any resulting missed travel. Reconfirmation of flight details and compliance with airport check-in guidelines is your responsibility.
- VENDOR TERMS & LIABILITY: Vendors and suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services booked. We are not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or delay caused by these third parties. Refunds, penalties, or claims must be addressed directly with the vendor.
- CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation penalties are governed by the supplier’s policies. Clients are responsible for any applicable fees. Reservation changes after ticket issuance may incur additional charges.
- ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal negotiations for 60 days. Disputes not resolved through informal negotiation shall be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules in the state of Wisconsin. Certain claims may be excluded from arbitration and may proceed in court.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Cruise Booker LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including lost profits, delays, or personal injury. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold My Cruise Booker LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
- FORCE MAJEURE: My Cruise Booker LLC shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms that is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, fire, utility or transportation outages, or any other event which could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, performance under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
- ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS: By using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree to electronic signatures and records being equivalent to handwritten ones.
- MISCELLANEOUS: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and My Cruise Booker LLC. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. We may assign our rights under these Terms without notice.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By submitting payment to a cruise line or supplier, or by using our services, you confirm acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms.
